Flying To Hawaii

The closest airport is Ellison Onizuka Kona International Airport (KOA). The wedding hotel is about a 30 minute drive away. Taxis, ubers, and rental cars should be easily available for transportation to/from the airport.

If you choose to book a rental car, we recommend booking as soon as possible since prices often increase at the last moment.

Fairmont Orchid

Both the wedding and the henna, cocktail and music night will be held at the Fairmont Orchid on the beautiful beaches of Kohala Coast on the Big Island of Hawaii. You can stay in the midst of the action in the wonderful accommodation options at the Fairmont Orchid.

If you choose to stay here, the Fairmont provides a room block rate In order to book a room, please visit https://book.passkey.com/go/GuptaCowanWedding or call the phone number 1-(808)-885-2000 and let them know you are part of the Gupta/Cowan wedding room block. These rates are available from Nov. 5 to Nov 15. and you're welcome to stay as many nights as desired.

Block rate prices for rooms are as follows:

Garden View Room - $379
Partial Ocean View Room - $419
Ocean View Room - $479

There is also a $20 resort fee and taxes on top of these room costs.

Home/Condo Rentals

As another option, you can book separate home/condo rentals. We recommend rentals within the towns of Mauna Lani, Puako, Waikoloa.

If you want help coordinating with other guests for a larger reservation we can help people get in contact with each other. Please contact us individually if you are interested in arranging such an option.
